Random Enneagram types with core fears, desires, and growth paths
The Enneagram divides personality into nine types, each with a core fear and desire often shaped in childhood. There are three centers: gut (Types 8, 9, 1) driven by anger, heart (Types 2, 3, 4) by shame, and head (Types 5, 6, 7) by fear. For example, a Type 3 wants to feel valuable and fears being worthless, so they focus on image and achievement. Knowing a character's main fear helps shape how they act under pressure. It also connects to their defense mechanisms and stress response.
